I am very sorry to inform you that there are no more flights to Camiguin as of this writing. South East Asian Airlines (SEAIR) Philippines used to fly from Cebu to Camiguin Airport two times a week but due to very less passengers the management decided to stop the operations.
Flights to Camiguin used to be an easier way to reach the island than riding a boat from Balingoan to Benoni Port, Cebu or Bohol to Balbagon Port. Because of the rural living in Camiguin, Philippines, people choose to ride the Roll-on, Roll-off (RORO) Boats or Ferries rather than riding a plane. The fare is way higher than the ferry’s fare plus you’re going to pay the P200 terminal fee at Cebu-Mactan International Airport.
One of the reasons why the flights to Camiguin are cancelled is because the maintenance budget for Camiguin’s Airport has been compromised due to lesser and lesser locals and tourists patronizing the plane. Even though Camiguin housed a lot of wonderful attractions such as the Camiguin Walkway, White Island, Katibawasan Falls among many others, foreigners still choose to ride the ferries rather than the SEAIR planes.
Time will come that the flights to Camiguin will resume but only the government and airline company knows when. There are no specific dates yet but it is believed that once all the tourist attractions and resorts in Camiguin is developed, tourism will boom and flights to Camiguin will be beneficial once again.
